Ed serves as Managing Tax Partner with Templeton & Company and brings more than 36 years of experience in tax and accounting. He was formerly the tax partner in charge of the South Florida tax practice of Price Waterhouse and a regional tax partner with BDO Seidman.

Ed works closely with high net worth individuals and companies spanning from large multi-nationals to entrepreneurial businesses and their owners. Ed has extensive experience with corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and various other transactional work including ESOP's.
